As the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Kyma Media, Nikko has been pivotal in driving the company’s innovative vision, merging cutting-edge technology with creative strategies to empower artists and labels worldwide. Under his leadership, Kyma Media has achieved a $5 million valuation, launched the world’s first acoustically treated recording studio on a luxury yacht, and developed AI-powered software that streamlined collaboration, reducing project timelines by 20% and enhancing industry connectivity.
With over 40 music certifications and a series of successful music and branding campaigns, Nikko has collaborated with global brands like Nike and Gatorade, launching artists in more than 10 countries and increasing revenues by 20%. His experience in artist management and A&R has led to the success of seven artists, including three high-profile acts, securing over 100 industry certifications, including Diamond and Multi-Platinum awards.
His strategic direction has fueled the global recognition of artists like Rack and BretBeats, significantly boosting their streaming and touring revenues. Nikko has orchestrated collaborations with top-tier artists such as Rick Ross, Sean Paul, and other industry leaders, securing high-profile partnerships with brands like Belaire to amplify artist visibility.
Nikko’s journey in the music industry began as an artist at The AMAG Collective, where he earned his first gold record. His ambition and talent earned him an internship with industry legends AM & Redd Eyezz are Senior Leadership at Cash Money Records. Integral part of Artist Development and Rich Gang. which provided him with invaluable industry insights and a strong foundation for his career. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming Head of A&R for Europe at The AMAG Collective. His leadership resulted in a 45% increase in global streams and a 35% expansion of artist portfolios through international collaborations.
At Kyma, Nikko has continued to expand market presence, leading the company’s entry into five European markets and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. His innovative leadership has also guided efforts in building brand partnerships and fostering artist development, as well as overseeing crisis management and navigating high-stakes PR challenges at the national level.
Nikko’s diverse background, including his experience as a former Special Forces Sergeant in the Hellenic Army, equips him with a calm, decisive approach to leadership, especially in high-pressure environments.
